The NP-GF automatic gravity liquid filling machine is a fully automatic online filling machine designed for efficient filling of thin liquids, including soy sauce, glass cleaner, window cleaner, vinegar, and similar products.The filling volume is controlled by the filling time.The filling accuracy can be control by timing or weigher, we can make it according to the users products and liquid features. it is an ideal liquid filler for thin liquid packaging industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics fields.
The NP-GF model is a high-quality and reliable automatic gravity filler that is ideal for packaging thin, easy-to-foam products such as soy sauce, window cleaners, and vinegar, and is ideal for filling low-viscosity products such as household chemicals, detergents, pharmaceuticals, and food products. The fill volume is regulated by controlling the time it takes for the product to flow into the container at a constant rate through a standard-sized tube, ensuring that the right amount of liquid is available for each container. The unit is equipped with a storage tank to efficiently and quickly fill multiple bottles. The filling process begins at the filling point, where the bottle opening is precisely aligned with the filling lever. Each stem is equipped with a fill valve to handle the foam generated by these liquids to ensure that every fill is accurate. In addition, it merges smoothly with other line machinery such as cappers, labelers and sealers to form a complete system for foamy liquid products.

To streamline setup and changeover, the system allows users to store filling programs—including specific fill levels and bottle indexing positions—for up to 100 different jobs.
