Npack deodorant filling machine is one type of filling equipement, which adapts with advance hot filling technology,the working process is typically hot-fill,the solid formula is melted, then dispensed into the empty stick barrel, after filling,a cooling station(cooling tunnel) solidifies it before capping. Precise volume control is usually achieved with a piston filler.The piston is also driven by a servo motor.

The machine designed for faste changeovers between different container sizes and product lines;Easy operation and cleaning.It is suitable for filling hot liquid or viscous liquid.

How Does a deodorant filling machine working?

The working procedure of a deodorant filling machine is a systematic, step-by-step process designed to ensure precision, efficiency, and product safety. It is tailored to handle different deodorant types—stick pastes, roll-on liquids, and spray solutions—while adhering to room-temperature filling and piston metering principles. Below is the detailed, standardized operation workflow:

1.Material Preparation

Using Pump automatically Transfer the pre-mixed deodorant material to the filling machine’s hopper. For thick stick deodorant pastes, start the hopper’s gentle stirring and heating system to maintain homogeneity and prevent ingredient segregation; for low-viscosity roll-on or spray liquids, skip stirring but ensure the material is free of impurities.

2.Parameter Setting

Input production parameters into the control system according to the deodorant product specifications, if set before, you can just adapt the formula.Npack filler is easy for this step

3.Empty Container Loading & Conveying

Maully or using robotic system placing empty deodorant containers (stick tubes, roll-on bottles, spray cans) onto the machine’s feeding tray or bucks or on conveyor directly ,depends on the containers features. Ensure packaging containers are clean, dry, and free of deformation.

4.Filling

The bottle sensor will detect the feeding containers then automatically filling and dosing the liquid into the container, the dosing system is adapt with piston volumetric technology and stroke working by a servo motor driven.

5.Cooling

After filling the containers will go through a cooling tunnel for solidation, the cooling temerature can set according to the features of the products

6.Capping and discharge

the solidation products will place a cap automatically or manually and discharge in a colleaction table for cartoning and boxing.
