How Does a lipstick filling machine working?

1.Filling

2.Cooling

Once completely solidified, the lipstick "slugs" or "pucks" are ejected from the molds. A ejector pin gently pushes each solid bullet out of its cavity. At this point, they are perfect but loose sticks.
4.Stick loading

5.Stick coupling
Insertion into the lipstick package's cartridge,The gripper is designed to hold the stick securely without marring its surface.he stick is transported and positioned above the lipstick cartridge (the inner plastic or metal component that holds and twists the stick).
6.Stick screwing
To insert the stick into the cartridge and mechanically secure it by softening its base and twisting it into the holder's mechanism.
