The working process uses a powerful one-two punch: first, the liquid is sterilized at very high temperatures normally from 135°C to150°C to kill germs, and then it’s filled into containers while still piping hot(85–96°C). As it cools, it creates a vacuum seal, locking in safety and freshness. You’ll find this used for everything from bottled juices and iced tea to pasta sauces and drinkable yogurts. For food indusry , this technology is the most popular way. we can call this technology as thermal Sterilization Filling.
2. Heat-to-Fill Filling (for semi-solids)
This way is for products that are solid at room temperature but must be melted when filling and package. Heating is used to carefully turn the product into a thick, pourable fluid liquid. Once filled into its final packaging containers (such as a lipstick tube or a grease cartridge), it cools back into its familiar solid form. This is essential for products like lipsticks, deodorants, petroleum jelly, industrial greases, and solid perfumes. we can call this technology as Melt-Phase Filling.
While these heating filling systems solve different issues, they share one non-negotiable requirement: extremely precise control of temperature. Every step depends on getting the heat just right.

Hot filling involves packing liquids at high temperatures (normally between 60°C and 140°C). So the materials that touch the liquid must be carefully chosen to ensure safety, durability, and hygiene.
